Magnetic field therapy
Function
Magnetic fields emitting pulses and waves have a dynamic effect on human tissue. There is activation of ion transport to the cell membranes and increased metabolism of every cell.
This means:
Increased tissue perfusion through tissue by means of microvibration of the venous walls (widening of blood vessels and improved quality of blood flow)
- Stimulation of proliferation of cellular elements
- Increased efficiency of cell metabolism
- Increased collagen synthesis
- Increased oxygen concentration in the blood (better use of oxygen)
- Hyperemia by means of dilation of blood vessels
- Increased enzymatic activity due to the positive reaction of ions in paramagnetic enzymes (vanadium, manganese, iron, copper, cobalt)
Therapy:
The body parts (bones and soft tissues) in the magnetic field, including austenitic metals for osteosynthesis and endoprosthesis, are penetrated by electromagnetic waves.
During therapy the patient sits or lies on a bed for about 10 to 20 minutes. We recommend a series of at least 10 therapy sessions.
